A waiver will be signed at initial appointment to ensure that if there is a falsified intake form, aftercare is not properly followed or is completely ignored, the provider is NOT liable for any subsequent issues that may arise. • Clients will require a media release/no release form signed & on file. Photos and/or videos will have editing available to allow the option of full anonymity. • If receiving any laser treatments, neuromodulators or dermal fillers, please book your facial treatment 3 days BEFORE or, 10-14 days AFTER. • Rosacea, Accutane users & acne grades 3 & 4 will require a medical clearance note to be kept on file from a primary care provider or dermatologist. I will work with your doctor FOR you to help you achieve the best results possible, safely. • If you are pregnant, have an auto-immune disorder or are currently undergoing chemotherapy/radiation treatments, please consult with your primary care provider/specialist before booking. I will work with your doctor FOR you! ❣️ ____________________________________________ ⚡️ About Me ⚡️ I began my career in this industry later in life at age 33 after loving all things beauty, style, glam, fashion, trends & cultivating my own aesthetic since childhood. 😉 Taking a big leap outside of my comfort zone, I started with PMU & Brow Training in November 2020 & Lash Training in February 2021 at the ultra-luxe medspa Urbane Beauty Co. in Latham, NY. 👁️ Following those trainings, I received my Waxing License in March 2021 & then an Esthetics License in July 2023 both from the elite Aesthetics Science Institute in Latham, NY. 🧖🏻‍♀️ I found incredible mentorship & growth as both a booth renter & then an employee at Flawless Salon & Beauty Bar for the past 4.5 years as well as through some amazing fellow industry professionals at The Hot Spot, both in my hometown of Herkimer. I thank each & every one of them from the bottom of my heart. ❣️ Esthetics simply makes sense to me. During my education I found myself excelling & understanding with ease & comfortability. I knew I was meant to be an esthetician & continue learning to be specialist in skin health. I graduated at the top of my class & promised myself I would do whatever it takes to follow & continue with an esthetics career path.
